南阳市腾源危险废物回收有限公司：

你公司关于向山东卓泰油脂科技有限公司转移危险废物的申请收悉。依据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》相关规定，经商请山东省生态环境厅同意，现批复如下：

一、同意你公司将产生的车辆、轮船及其它机械维修过程中产生的废发动机油、制动器油、自动变速器油、齿轮油等废润滑油（900-214-08）800.0吨，转移至山东卓泰油脂科技有限公司进行利用，转移过程由菏泽亿利物流有限公司负责承运，转移有效期至2023年12月31日。

二、你公司要严格按照《危险废物转移管理办法》等相关规定实施转移。在转移危险废物前三日，将预期途径时间、路线及到达时间分别报送途径和接受地生态环境部门，自觉接受当地及沿途生态环境部门及相关部门监督。在转移过程中，要严格落实相关污染防治措施、遵守国家有关危险货物运输管理的规定，严格按照制定的运输路线转移危险废物，严防发生危险废物非法转移、流失和倾倒。
